High school and middle school youth are invited to learn more about God and his love for us on Sunday mornings in between services. Sunday school is from 10:00 to 10:45am. Both high school and middle school youth begin their sessions in the Youth Room (Room 1) before breaking out into separate groups. Both high school and middle school come back together at the closing of the session to share highs and lows and prayer. Mission Trip youth will be serving up a feast of pancakes and sausage on Tuesday, February 28, 5:30 to 7:00pm. We will be honoring our 8th grade confirmands this year with a celebration dinner for them and their families on Saturday, May 27 at 5:30pm. We will continue our celebration the next day, Sunday May 28 at the 11:00am service, followed by a reception for all.
Middle schoolers have twice as much fun at two Middle School Lock-ins each year! The first lock-in, held at St. Andrew for SALC youth and their friends, is every fall. The second lock-in, held in the spring, is in conjunction with other Portland/Vancouver area churches and is often hosted by another church. Invite your friends to both. All are welcome!
